Service Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely happy with a service you received, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can evaluate your concerns and offer a correction if appropriate.

We’re happy to schedule a follow-up appointment or consultation to ensure your goals are met.

Product Return Policy

We offer a carefully curated selection of medical-grade skincare products, and we want you to love what you take home.

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Opened products are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturer defect or documented adverse reaction.

  • All returns must be approved by management.
